Validity Information

• Check Habitat Park's Official Calender before purchasing the tickets
• Ticket is applicable to 2 years old and above
• Entrance to Habitat Park is only accessible with a QR Code, which can be obtained by purchasing Park Access
• Park Access can only be used on the chosen visit date and sesion
• Each visitor is responsible for the provided QR Code. Any loss, transfer, or damage to the QR Code after email confirmation is the Visitor's responsibility
• Purchased Park Access are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and non-transferable except in force majeure situations

Terms and Conditions

• Operating hours and Park Access fees are subject to change as determined by Habitat Park Management.
• Smoking and vaping is prohibited in all Habitat Park area, except the use of e-cigarettes.
• After the payment process is done, entry is granted by showing a QR code sent to the email address provided during ticket purchase.
• Purchase receipts cannot be used as Park Access at the Habitat Park Entrance Gate.
• Park Access fees only cover all non-paid facilities within Habitat Park, does not include additional paid activities.
• Visitors must take care of their own personal belongings and are not allowed to leave any valuables unattended. Habitat Park shall not be responsible for any losses happen in the facility.
• Bringing outside food and beverages into Habitat Park is prohibited, except for personal water bottles/tumblers.
• Any photoshoot/videoshoot activities (Such as product catalogs, school yearbooks, pre-weddings, commercial purposes, etc.) using professional equipment like lighting, tripods, stabilizers, reflectors, etc., must obtain permission from Habitat Park Management at least 7 days before the activity.
• Visitors must maintain order, cleanliness, and mutual comfort.
• Carrying sharp weapons, firearms, NAPZA (Narcotics, Alcohol, Psychotropic substances, and Addictive substances), and other dangerous items that are flammable, explosive, fragile, chemically hazardous, radioactive, or fireworks is prohibited.
• Bringing two-wheeled bicycles (except balance bikes) or motorized unicycles, as well as dangerous toys such as slingshots, arrows, airsoft guns, and loud/strong-sounding toys, is prohibited.
• Activities involving vandalism, actions with SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group relations) elements, political actions, and acts that violate the laws of the Republic of Indonesia are prohibited.
• All decisions and regulations set by Habitat Park Management are final and cannot be contested and may be changed at any time by Habitat Park Management.

• Make sure you have received the QR code via the email address provided during ticket purchase.
• Display the QR code on your phone, adjust your phone screen brightness, and scan the QR code at the Entrance Gate.
• The QR Code can be used for re-entry on the same day.
